Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received by Medina County Park District, 6364 Deerview Lane, Medina, Ohio 44256 until Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 2 p.m. local time for:

Project Name: Liverpool Meadows Nature Preserve Design-Build Project
Location: Liverpool Township, Medina County

Two copies of each SOQ are required for submittal along with one electronic copy (on a flash drive).

The scope of work shall be to provide Design-Build services to construct a parking drive, parking lot, vault restroom, two overlook platforms (meadow and river), and approximately 1-mile of aggregate hiking trail.

Electronic copies of the RFQ may be obtained free of charge by filling out the form below. Hard-copies of the RFQ will be made available upon request.

Interested design-build contractors should submit a SOQ as instructed within the RFQ no later than Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 2 p.m. All questions concerning the project must be submitted no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. to Park Planner John Kleshinski at This email address is being protected from spambots.
