RFQ for Allardale Playscape

Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received by Medina County Park District, 6364 Deerview Lane, Medina, Ohio 44256 until Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 2 p.m. local time for:

Project Name: Allardale Park Playscape Design and Development
Location: Granger Township, Medina County 

Two copies of each SOQ are required for submittal along with one electronic copy (on a flash drive). 

The scope of work shall be to provide Design-Build services to construct approximately seven acres of multiuse play and passive recreation amenities including a natural play area, trails, and terraced planting areas. Electronic copies of the RFQ may be obtained free of charge from the Medina County Park District by filling out the form below. Hard-copies of the RFQ will be made available upon request.

Interested design-build contractors should submit a SOQ as instructed within the RFQ no later than Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 2 p.m. All questions concerning the project must be submitted no later than Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. to Park Planner John Kleshinski at This email address is being protected from spambots.
