Current Job Opening: Park Planner

Job description: Under the supervision of the planning and operations manager, assists with the planning, design, and construction of park district facilities including, but not limited to, trails, parking lots, bridges, boardwalks, and enclosed and open-air shelters. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, civil engineering, or related field; ability to communicate effectively through writing, drawing, and speaking.

Salary Range: $44,000 - $66,000

Current Job Opening: Development Coordinator

Job description: Under the direction of the business manager, builds relationships with individuals, corporations, volunteers, and members of Friends of Medina County Parks, Inc.; develops and maintains a variety of donor and fundraising programs to advance the mission of the park district; generates news releases, feature stories, content for social media, and more to promote giving and sponsorship opportunities and to increase support; in cooperation with the marketing coordinator, serves as a secondary resource for social media monitoring and communicating. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience

Salary range: $41,550 - $56,500
